Power Snorkel

We are going to Cozumel on RCCL's Radiance of the Seas on 4/20/06 and are very interested in power snorkeling. I am hesitant to book through the cruise line, as we prefer booking through a local, more personalized (smaller groups) tour group. My first question is if this would be worth it with the damage from Wilma? Secondly, is anyone aware of a tour company that provides power snorkeling? I looked on the Eagle Rays site and could not find whether they do or not. Oh yes, and finallly....do cruise ship shore excursion group members get preference when tendering?

I saw some power units being carried to the water at Villa Blanca area that makes me think it might be Sand Dollar Sports, but not certain of that.

You do get perference from the cruise lines if you book with them, and you get charged more.

Thanks for looking to the locals for your tours first.
