Unearthed Posted March 12, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 12, 2006 So when I booked our cruise on the Spirit (I called Expedia) I asked them if there were any upgrades or bonuses available. So the guy says hold on I'll call NCL and check (which I though was pretty cool). So he comes back after a couple of minutes and offers me either an upgrade from BE to BD or $125 credit on the ship. We thought about it a minute and took the $125. Well I have two questions: 1) When they emailed the confirmation to me it doesn't say anything about the $125. Does it just show up on the ship? 2) When I took up the cruise on expedia it now says book a BE and get a BA(!) for that cruise.
sammymd Posted March 12, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 12, 2006 When I book a cruise thru another web-site, they email me my confirmation doc's. On the last page it states what all comes with the cruise, including the bonuses. Example: Thanks for booking with us. You will receive $100.00 onboard credit. It doesn't mean it is not in their system, or you don't have it, but I would find out before I board. It is not fun standing in line to straighten out a problem, instead of relaxing and enjoying your vacation. Get them to email you the credit info. You can ask them about the upgrade, but since you already accepted the $125.00 bonus, I would be surprised if you got it. Doens't hurt to ask.
