Rope course in Icy Point

We are curious about the ropes course in Icy Point.  It is not offered as an excursion on our ship, Celebrity Eclipse, but we would like to try it with our two kids (who are very familiar with ropes courses as we have one close to home).  Can we purchase the tickets when we get there?  I tried emailing but never heard back and the website says to check with the cruise line.

I walked underneath the ropes course last October, returning to the ship from the other side instead of taking the tram back - it was competely closed at that time, although it was a beautiful day, perhaps just too late in the season.  But it looked like a lot of fun if it had been open!  And the area is just beautiful to walk through.
