Removing Italy on Silversea?

I’m on the Cloud right now and have around 265 days on SilverSea over 20 some years. I found no caps in the dining room and no Americanization of the product compared to the past. No cause for hysteria at least on this voyage. The rumors or fears posted on this thread are not borne out on my experience currently.
