Casino Certificate questions

We have traveled on casino certificates and plan to do again next year.  I have a question for anyone that might have done this in the past.  The certificate we just earned has a sail by date of 4/2/2024.  We are looking at a cruise but it leaves on 4/9.  Has anyone had luck in having them extend the certificate by a few weeks?   Also, this one is 11 nights, does anyone know what they charge for the extra day?  

 

I will be emailing them but I just wanted to see if anyone else has attempted this.  Thanks

Prior to YC being excluded we tried for a 10 night (7&3)and it was a no. We would have to book the 3 night separate.

 We also looked at a 4&7 and the seven was passed the expiration date and it was a no as well. But we could use it on the 4 night as it was within range.

Thank you.  We have been allowed to book a 7 and 3 together in the past several times.   I will email them and ask .
