Do spouses get the same status (like RCL)?

On RCL I had several more cruises than my husband did.  Our accounts were linked so that our status always matched. When I hit Diamond, he was granted Diamond status as well.   Does MSC do this?  It looks like I got some bonus points on our last MSC cruise from shopping.  Says I am 1500 from Diamond, so with our cruise next month in YC I should reach Diamond status.  Does my husband share the status like on other lines or is he on his own for status :)?

Thanks. So if we do any shopping on board I'll use his card so he can get the bonus points and join me as Diamond!

You won't need to use his ship card for purchases. Just set it up so his payment method is registered for both him and you, then he will get the credit for all purchases. He can do this onboard using the kiosks or using the MSC for Me app.
