Any suggestions on a selfie stick or a gimbel for an iphone?

I am headed to Alaska and have a tour that I will be solo on and than on my own in Juneau.  I will be bringing my Canon Rebel as my main camera and a small Pansaonic Lumix with me as a backup camera.

 

The selfie stick or gimbel would just be used on my walk to Nugget Falls at Mendanhall Galcier or train stop in Bennett on the Scenic Bennett Journey.  Just trying to make sure that I am in some pictures and not rely on someone taking my picture or a movie clip.

 

I am not looking for anything complicated but works decently for an iPhone 11 Pro.

I have zero experience with gimbals since I do such limited video, but I have a couple of friends that do and they recommend the DJI OSMO line. Reasonable to expensive price range, by the lower end is still quite effective.

Look for a vlog from Casey Neistat on YT. It's called "Creative poison". He reviews the Insta360 FLOW around the 5th minute.

 

I almost bought one for my next cruise 😅
