Gingee Posted March 12, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 12, 2006 Has anyone heard of any new destinations leaving the U.S.? We have been to the Mexican ports and the other destinations that are typical on 7 night cruises. I am looking beyond our upcoming Alaska trip. Maybe I will be tired of cruising by then but hey, now I am looking for the next one.
Cathy Maneri Posted March 13, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 13, 2006 If you have the time the Canada/New England cruise is wonderful. I did it on Celebrity's Constellation and it was a 13-night cruise in October. Also, Bermuda is a wonderful island to visit. I live in Miami and have done (and still do) the Eastern and Western Caribbean all the time. But I'm now branching out. We have a Panama Canal cruise in April and then Hawaii in December. If you only have 7 days to cruise, consider flying to San Juan and doing the southern Caribbean islands...St. Lucia, St. Kitts, Curacao, Aruba. You could do these from Florida, but they are 10-night and 11-night cruises. Hope this helps.
luv2cruise450 Posted March 13, 2006 #3 Share Posted March 13, 2006 Some of the new MS Noordam's current Caribbean sailings out of NYC includes a port stop in Grand Turk which is a brand new cruise port and she was one of the first to stop there. Enjoy your sailings!
Gingee Posted March 13, 2006 Author #4 Share Posted March 13, 2006 Where is Grand Turk? Not sure about New England area since we could probably drive there.
