I am cruising with royal carribean in august to Alaska.

I use a walking cane and cannot stand still for long amounts of time

.will there be a separate queue with assistance at pier 91?

Also when returning from a port, is there a separate assistance line?

thanks

You can request wheelchair assistance at Pier 91 (first come, first served), or if you approach the entrance of  the terminal building while using a cane, the staff member at the door will probably direct you to the ADA line, or you could request to use the ADA line.

I was just in Alaska last week, and there are no special return ADA lines for returning back to the ship.
