Can you just buy Cruise First certificates?

I see that the Cruise First promotion is going on. Can you just buy those without booking a cruise?

Yes.  You have 3 years to use them after you buy them.  Max is 10 but you are not suppose to be able to use more than 1 on a cruise and they are not suppose to be combined with CruiseNext certs although some people have claimed that they have been able to.

Also, if you are booking a cruise now, you can purchase the CFC right before booking and it will show up on your account instantly to use towards the deposit.

yes, and recently when I was on the phone making my reservation the PCC was able to take care of the purchase and applied the cruise first-
