OBC question

Recommended Posts

nonOBC " should " be used first, I always try to keep an eye on my account until it's gone. On our last cruise, nonOBC was going down until they canceled a tour which gave us over $200 reOBC. At that moment the nonOBC use stopped and they started drawing down on reOBC.

Several trips down to customer service resulted in getting strange answer from on why this happened, only a single visit to the accounts person did this stop
