Where to run

Recommended Posts

Just got off Coral in Vancouver. The Promanade deck is a great place to run and is about 1/3rd of a mile around. (Sign says 2.8 laps to the mile.) My wife and I are both runners and we managed to get in a long run almost every day. The decking is teak, so bring well cushioned shoes. We found there was very little walking traffic most of the time, and a polite "pardon-me" was enough to get the occasional two and three abreast walkers to move aside.

Running on deck 15 is also possible. That deck wraps all the way around the ship and the surface is rubberized. However, there are several glass wall wind breaks that require sharp turns to zig-zag around. Enjoy your cruise on this great ship.
