sgvcruiser Posted June 2, 2023 #1 Share Posted June 2, 2023 Just want to verify this before ordering the premium wifi on Rotterdam. I did this with Princess but never with Holland so just want to make sure. Can you switch account or gadget to access the internet? (i.e. Don't want to buy one for my phone and one for my laptop) Thanks!
Horizon chaser 1957 Posted June 2, 2023 #2 Share Posted June 2, 2023 We just got back from 220 days aboard with Premium Internet for one device. We had two accounts, two people, multiple devices. Yes, you can use any device you like. When you sign on with a different device, you get a message that a device is already signed on. It gives you the option of disconnecting the other device, or purchasing internet for more devices. So you can switch back and forth between your phone, your laptop, and your tablet if you have one. It’s easy. No, you can’t switch accounts. We put the internet on my husbands account. When I wanted to use it, I signed into his account on Navigator and then signed onto the internet. Just double check that the other person isn’t in the middle of a banking transaction or something. It was fine for the two of us.

Rare Haljo1935 Posted June 3, 2023 #4 Share Posted June 3, 2023 Aligned that it works exactly as @Horizon chaser 1957 described - just click the "disconnect other device" button and you're good to go. Enjoy your cruise!
