Mardi Gras Cooking Classes with Kids

Looking for suggestions on what the best cooking classes to do with kids might be. My almost 11 year old and I would like to do one together. Out of the offerings, she would probably be most interested in the pizza, cake, cupcakes, or ice cream classes, but I don't know which would be the most fun and interactive for children. Has anyone done these with kids and do you have any input?

I will add that she wants to do the cake decorating class, but I guess I'm worried about how difficult it may be for a child.

I've done the ice cream class and think she'd have fun with that one.  You make the ice cream and they have fruits and candies you can do as add ins etc. and then you eat it before you leave.
