juicyjuju Posted June 3, 2023 #1 Share Posted June 3, 2023 My sister has taken several Cunard cruises. She booked them through my U.S travel agent. She usually gets her Gold benefits. This time she booked with a UK agent since she lives in the Uk. Cunard issued her a new world club number and that's what's on all her paperwork and boarding pass. She called them (UK office) to tell them she's not a new member and she has a world club account already. They told her nothing can be done to "marry her bookings" and that she will remain as a new member and won't get any benefits on our upcoming cruise this month on the Queen Victoria. Need some advice please
BigMac1953 Posted June 4, 2023 #2 Share Posted June 4, 2023 That's nonsense! The same happened to me and when I called, they added the US WC membership to the UK one without any difficulty. She should speak to someone further up the food chain.

samarai27 Posted June 5, 2023 #4 Share Posted June 5, 2023 This happened to me when I moved to Australia. Either be prepared to send several emails or be prepared for a long wait. I think mine took several months and was only sorted when Cunard realised I was just about to sail on my booked cruise. i don't understand why Cunard doesn't have a unified system for all users.
