Differences in NCL Viva from Prima

Recommended Posts

I understand the Viva & Prima are essentially the same ships.  But I assume there will be some slight differences, maybe thematic, like there were between the Breakaway & Getaway.

Does anyone know how the Viva will be different than the Prima?

thx

I’m also wondering this (and I’m excited to find out soon!) but I think the answer is that very few people know, and those that do probably couldn’t or wouldn’t say anything here since the ship hasn’t sailed yet.

They are sister ships. However, some changes were made to Viva. The last time I checked, not everything had been announced. I know the thermal suite is different.

I believe both the Prima and Viva have promo videos that will help you.

The current deck plans on the NCL site show the public areas on both ships to be absolutely identical, except that Viva is missing the cigar lounge next to the Metropoliton bar.

I don't see any increase in size for Syd Norman's or the comedy club, which is quite unfortunate.

What changes on the Viva are you aware of?
