Anyone been to Playa Palancar? How was it??

The beach is pleasant and not at all crowded. The food from the restaurant was good. The staff were pleasant. The washrooms were clean.

We enjoyed our day there. Only one negative - you NEED water shoes. Just as you enter the water for about the first 10-20 feet, there are a LOT of broken up shells etc in the water - hard on bare feet.
