I'm so glad to see this thread! I was wondering also about shoes. I have had 2 back surgeries so my days of wearing heels have been long gone. However, I do wear dress shoes - they are just flat or with a very little heel.

 

One of my traveling partners suggested buying the "dressy" flip-flops, which sounded like a contradiction. However, I have seen them with beads and sequins and other items which "dressed" them up.

 

Now, I just need to figure out what I'll wear them with! Sounds like a shopping problem...only one way to solve it!
