can I use my OBC to pre book excursions

I have 350.00 from Carnival of on board credit, can I use that to pre book excursions and specialty dining or do I have to wait until I get on board to use my OBC?

Also, what is the best cancel for any reason ins? I know some only pay 50%.

Yes you can use your OBC before hand.  When you go to check out it will say you have "XXX" in OBC and you can opt to use that.

 

Insurance is subjective as to what is covered, and what price and what works for you.
