Can someone help me with laundry math?

Can somebody on a current or near term future cruise please post a photo of this slip that is supposed to be included in the laundry bag?  I've yet to see a documented case of anything changing for the Platinum and above process, which is the only free laundry perk other than inclusion in some suite bookings.

 

I'm not going to ask for photos of "free tags" or reports of Stewards just giving people unlimited free laundry because, as most of us know, neither exists.
