Yet another booze question

I read on some of the other cruise lines, people packed a case of beer into a cooler, wrapped it up with duct tape and checked it in as one of their luggage pieces..... carried it onboard with no problem.... Anyone heard of this being done on the Jewel?

Sure all the time. The problem is carrying that cooler home with you full of beer at the end of the cruise. NCL will be kind enough to hold it for you while you are onboard. The would not want you to loose any of your beer...... :D
