Hi

 

help required please!

 

I have to send a photo of myself and also a photo of the page of my passport, for a evisa for vietnam.

 

took them with my iPad and sent them off.   I have been advised that the pixels are not good enough.

 

ofcourse I have paid the fee.   Have now been asked to redo the photos.

 

I tried previously but they told me that the photos had too many gigs!!

 

how should I take photos and upload them.?

Might not be of much help but when I take photos on my Samsung android to upload on the apps it always tells me that they are too large in memory.  I found if I then edited them and saved them using a lesser % size I was able to upload them.  I don't think it changes their clarity.

On the other hand my kids who have Apples can set the size/memory of photos they take.

Good luck.  So much for the modern age.

thanks for that.

 

I took the smallest size on my IPad as it said no more than 2gbits.

 

we are only 2 days on a RCL cruise from Tokyo to singapore.  A lot of trouble for such a short time
