Special dietary need

We have a cruise on the Emerald Princess booked. We leave from Brooklyn.

. We will be traveling with someone who will need to bring four cases of feeding tube meals onboard. Who do we talk to about this? Anyone dealt with this before? Thanks for any advice. They have never cruised before and we would like to ease their way.

There are some threads about carrying feeding tube meals OB.

 

I would first put the special diet on the App for the guest.

 

They suggest you go to the cruise personalizer for the guest, look under food allergies and there is a form to fill out.  You send it and then a Rep from PCZl special needs/dietary needs will email you.  
 

I would get an okay email from PCL and a letter from their Doctor stating the dietary need to carry the food, so there’s no question.

Thank you. I tried to search for past threads but came up with thousands of hits with those words but nothing pertaining to meals for a feeding tube. Any tips to narrow the search?
