Van service in Tampa

In January about 10 of us are all flying in on the same flight the day before our cruise.  We already have rooms at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tampa East - Ybor.  I was looking for a reputable van service to bring us from the Airport to the hotel, and then maybe for about 13 of us the next day to the port.  I know that the hotel has shuttle service to the port, but I am aware that the shuttle service is available to sign up the day before and trying to get 13 of us to the port at the same time might be tough.
