The only other carnival cruise we did was our second ever cruise out of Tampa back in 2008. Our first cruise was on Royal Caribbean. We preferred Royal over carnival but that may have been the cruise we were on was during a college spring break…. Since then we have gone on Celebrity once and the others have split between Royal an NCL.
