Anyone from the Miami/South Beach area? I have a question

We will be returning from the Carnival Paradise on Sunday, July 4th. We are staying the night in South Beach before returning home the next afternoon. Can anyone recommend a place to go with three children (we'll be going by taxi so not too far away) for 4th of July celebration and/or fireworks? Just not sure what goes on in that area, and thought it would be fun for the boys to see fireworks if possible. Thanks for your help.

I would recommened Bayfront Park for 4th of July. It is within short distance of south beach, good for kids, very nice fireworks. Their website reads:
