Jzx1103 Posted August 13, 2023 #1 Share Posted August 13, 2023 (edited) Had an issue with a booking where Kids sail free promotion was not applying on their system despite the cruise being kids sail free eligible (double checked by multiple RCL reps including supervisor). I was told they will escalate the situation to leadership team to fix the invoice and zero out the remaining balance (I was already charged what I was supposed to pay). Was originally told last Sunday this issue will be resolved in 48 hours, then by the end of the day Wed, then by the end of the day Thurs, then Fri. But as of now it still has not been resolved and the latest conversation with Royal, they can't give me a timeline and just said it'll be resolved eventually.
