Is Bus 20 or 42 still running from directly from pier 2 Honolulu to Arizona Memorial still availabl

I tried to look up the bus schedule/route for bus 20 or 42 for October 13,2023 to go directly from Honolulu 's cruise terminal pier 2 to Arizona memorial (8-9am) but all routes require bus 20 /42 AND  Uber/Lyft.

 

In the past both buses 20 or 42 go directly from pier 2 to Arizona Memorial. Has this been changed?

 

Is there a light rail or monorail going from pier 2 directly to Arizona Memorial around 8am?

 

Please advise.

I did . I was just surprised to see the route planner's last step was an uber or Lyft.

 

I have taken bus 20 or 42 a few times directly from the cruise terminal to Arizona Memorial around 8am. I get off at Arizona memorial 's parking lot.

#20 and #42 both still go to PH, or at least did so in January.  There have been some route changes, but I am sure that they both still go near Pier 2.  Not so much close to Aloha Tower on the way TO Pearl.

I just took the bus to PH in July and it doesn't go anywhere near Pier 2.  I started looking at the bus routes in April, so as of then, you have had to walk into town to catch the bus.

Both #20 and #42 pick-up at South St and Auahi St, which is about 1/2 mile from Pier 2. Google Maps gets VERY confused if you try to use Pearl Harbor as a destination. It shows the Uber/Lyft because Pearl Harbor is an active U.S. Military base and requires special access.

 

I use Restaurant 604 (right next to PH) as the destination and Google Maps behaves better.
