Amazon cruise extention - how was it

We are considering the Delfin II Amazon river cruise in January.  They also offer a pre-cruise extension to Lima for 1 day. Has anyone done this extension and if so did you enjoy it?

Are you doing this Amazon extension?  We are looking to do this later 24 or early 25.

We are still considering taking it prior to our tour that begins 1/12/25.

How fun!  Looks like you like to go South in the winter.  We really liked Australia.   Are you on a cruise?

Yes.  Oceania Regatta 35 days circumnavigating.  It's not silversea, but it's good.  Too many sea days. Food good.  I'm 510 170lbs I don't fit into the shower.  Ship is to capacity but feels spacious.
