vrgdani Posted September 6, 2023 #1 Share Posted September 6, 2023 Hi. We are going to travel on Resilient Lady from this Sunday. I'ts going to be our first cruise ever. We got a code from one of our friends which said to be a 200$ access key and he said he is not sure if we are going to get the money or not. We applied it and it says that it's going to be added to our balance when we're abroad. Any experience with this kind of sailor loot? I add a picture of the coupon. CanadianCruiser21 Posted September 6, 2023 #2 Share Posted September 6, 2023 If it’s the Ardner one, it won’t work.

There was a code before for $200 off but it didn’t work. you can call sailor services to see if they can see if you will get the credit. Using an access code like this means not getting the bar tab though.
Rare CruisingWalter Posted September 7, 2023 #5 Share Posted September 7, 2023 There are ways for Sailors to invite others to sail and you can get Sailor Loot, VV's term for onboard credit. It's cash to spend however you want on the ship. If you have the offer, it should show up in your invoice when you first purchased the cruise. You received an email from Virgin Voyages that included "Sailor Loot." If you're due sailor loot on the ship it would most likely show up there. If you don't see it, call Sailor Services, if the Sailor Loot is due to you, they'll see it.
Gretchendz Posted September 8, 2023 #6 Share Posted September 8, 2023 Ask your travel advisor to run the current confirmation document for you. If it has been applied, it will show there.
