LandHo18 Posted September 24, 2023 #1 Share Posted September 24, 2023 I`d be very interested to heat from anyone who knows whether it`s possible/advisable to use an electric mobility buggy in the old town at Santiago de Compostela! Heading there with Fred Olsen later this year and their excursions information suggests that this might not be possilble - anyone actually tried? Many thanks. Rare Essiesmom Posted September 24, 2023 #2 Share Posted September 24, 2023 (edited) You might also ask on the Ports of Call board for Europe that covers Spain. Also find out from Fred if their transportation to Santiago can handle a scooter/power chair, and if they can stow them, can you get up the steps into the bus. cruise4mom Posted December 27, 2023 #4 Share Posted December 27, 2023 We have a Christmas market river cruise and have been advised by the cruise line that mobility scooters are not allowed for our itinerary. we are going thru Paris, Amsterdam, Germany, Hungary, etc . Look thru the Cruise line questions and answers or the disability section to see if it outlined. If you have a TA reach out to them of contact customer service of the cruise line.
