Carnival pre-cruise online booking time?

Does anyone know what time online booking opens.  I assume it is midnight but is it US time or AUS time bearing in mind US is many hours behind AUS.  I cannot find the info anywhere.

Platinum and above check in opens 16 days at 12.00am Australian time and non platinum it’s 14 days before the cruise at 12.00am
