UPDATE: I followed the advice here and checked back in via the APP last evening and was able to have all three medallions shipped to my house for ($10). So it was, indeed, a glitch in the system (imagine that...),

I had the same problem that was solved when I added a credit card onto the medallion. Then when I canceled my order and re did it you then got the option to pay and have them shipped to you as opposed to port pick up.

Anyone know the cutoff date if you want it shipped to Canada?  We are in the blue lane only because we could not have the medallions shipped to Canada.

You can order up to 13 days before embarkation. If you miss this day, your order will meet you at port.

Same thing but we don’t cruise until late November.  Struggling with this app!

Try ordering it now.  I’ve ordered a year ahead.  It doesn’t matter.  
Make sure to select each name to order, and your credit card is stored in the App and try it.

I will likely have to call as when I select order history it just keeps giving me the same screen.

Cancel the existing order and re order

I am booked on Ruby Princess in March 2024. I live in Canada and used app today to order medallions to be shipped to my home address.  Everything worked fine and now showing as in green lane.   No charge as we have Premier Package.   I noticed that the ‘ship it to home’ was greyed out until I added a payment card to my profile.  It worked fine after that
