Booking Anthem Restaurants

We are going on Anthem in a few weeks. I was wondering if they will still negotiate the prices in Chops, Izumi, etc. on the first couple of days. In the past the waiters walking around Windjammer would knock off a percentage to book the meal. If they are indeed still doing it, what are you finding the current deals they are giving?

You can use your BOGO, but sales/negotiations only occur later in the cruise.
