Will the entertainment be identical on back to back cruise

It depends on your exact itinerary. If its back to back of similar durations (e.g., two 7 night cruises) then for the most part yes it probably will be very similar. Except for perhaps the comedians, who may come/go, but even then there may be some overlap if they are also B2B. 

 

On my B2B's, it's been nice knowing you can miss a show and catch it the following cruise, if you're too tired or have something else you'd rather do. But definitely set expectations appropriately, as a lot of things will indeed repeat.
