tomsah Posted October 23, 2023 #1 Share Posted October 23, 2023 Hi! Our MSC Seaside cruise returns early on Sunday morning, but we don't need to be at the airport until late afternoon. Does anyone know if it's possible to stay onboard for a few hours extra, and if so how that works regarding luggage, restaurants etc? many thanks in advance /Tommy
Spudd Posted October 23, 2023 #2 Share Posted October 23, 2023 It's not possible. They will have a deadline to disembark, normally like 9 or 9:30am.
8420PR Posted October 23, 2023 #3 Share Posted October 23, 2023 For MSC Seaside cruises returning to Port Canaveral (2023) or Miami (2024): All passengers need to disembark before new passengers can embark - so you need to disembark with everyone else in the morning. For MSC Seaside cruises ending in the Southern Caribbean (e.g. Fort-de-France) or Mediterranean - you can typically stay onboard until the early afternoon (e.g. just after lunch), as passengers can disembark and embark at the same time. Buffet 0600-0900. Everything else will be closed. They will make last call around 0930. Checked luggage will await you in the terminal and you will have to drag your carryons around. Cheer up, the ramp is all downhill to the terminal. EM
