mushroom Posted November 5, 2023 #1 Share Posted November 5, 2023 I have been trying for over a week to access a booking I made while onboard my last cruise. What I am trying to do is get to the "manage my booking" area where I can enter my passport information and other personal details. The response I get is "Error" - indicating that I am more than 20 days away from my sail date. Other times I am notified that I'm signing in from the wrong country. FYI, this is not my first time with MSC. It's my 4th. I have never encountered any issues in the past. I know from reading these message boards that problems with MSC's site are ongoing.
