I have never seen this message before when trying to somplete on-line sign-in. Does anyone have an idea about what it might mean?

I have seen it before. Its probably nothing, and it usually disappears in a matter of hours, or a day or 2 at most.

 

If it does not go away soon, you can call Celebrity and ask them about it.

When I did my online sign in for doc's everything went smoothly but if it isn't working in a day I would call or email them. I did have a problem when I tried to process my final payment, thought maybe they didn't want my money but when I called they took it over the phone with no problem!:D

I have seen the message when I have inadvertently had more than one session open at a time. This occurred when I didn't completely close out of Shore Excursion bookings when I attempted to go back to another sign-in. When I cleared completely out of shore excursions, the message disappeared.

That happens if someone is in the booking or just got out of the booking. It usually clears in about 15 minutes.

Thanks, all. I was sort of hoping they were in the process of upgrading me to the Penthouse suite. Oh well---sigh.
