Hair appointment on AOS

I am getting married on St. Thomas in October, Sailing on RCCL. I am concerned about getting my hair done. I believe my wedding is going to be at 1pm or so.

It's Columbus Day so I had to pay extra for the Courthouse to open, any idea what time it opens. I can get my hair done before or after I suppose.

Can you make a hair appointment earlier than the day you board the ship??

I'm not sure about RCCL, but on Norwegian, I was able to secure a hair appointment upon boarding (could not book prior to boarding)... and it didn't have to be during salon hours. We married in port on St John at 9:00 AM, and I had a 5:00 AM hair appointment although the salon did not open until 10:00 AM. I also made sure I gave the stylist a nice "thank you" card with a cash tip inside - in addition to the automatic gratuity placed with salon/spa services of 20%. She was more than willing to do my hair as soon as I said "wedding", even without me asking for the extra early time. I would be sure that RCCL stylists go the extra mile-and-a-half as well. Depending on where exactly you are marrying on St Thomas might help you decide on timing - if there are several ships in port there can be a lot of traffic.

As far as the St Thomas courthouse, I would call to verify the holiday hours (local call if you have Sprint PCS cell phone). But... here is something I found:
"Office hours are 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday through Friday, except holiday; and on Saturdays form 10:00am through 12;00 noon, except Carnival Saturday. Additionally, by pre-arrangement and upon the payment of a $150.00 fee, we will be available on Sundays between 9:30 and 10:30 am.
For additional information, please call (340) 774-6680 extension 6607 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, Atlantic Standard Time."
