Cartagena Walled City Restaurants -- Fish & Coconut Rice/Emeralds

Friends have told us to be sure and have fish and coconut rice while in the walled city of Cartagena.  

 

Any restuarants to recommend for these two items?  Will we have luck just walking around and finding one?  Or should we zoom in on just one restaurant, call ahead, and make the reservations.

 

Also... will most take U.S. Credit cards ....  and what about paying for the taxi/uber ... will they take credit cards .... or will we need the local currency?

 

For the sake of saving time ... a good restaurant near an emerald souviner shop would work perfectly for our plans.
