Luggage Tags - Guarantee Cabin

I booked a guarantee and last week Celebrity assigned me a cabin.  My luggage tags (and e-docs) still reflect no cabin assignment.  Will Celebrity eventually update the tags with the cabin number?  Cruise is still two weeks away.

Don’t worry if they don’t.  Just tell the porter at the pier and he will hand write tags for you.

Cruisestitch is correct, the porters can help, however there is a workaround

For this type of issue your E-Docs need to be reissued. Call Celebrity and ask them to reissue them for you and it will update your bag tags. Usually it takes 24 hours to update but I've had luck with them showing the right room within an hour.
