Level Upgrade Question

Bid on a few MRS level upgrades a few weeks ago. On Wednesday my card was charged for my most expensive bid, yet I’ve gotten no communication from Virgin, the app still shows my original cabin and the upgrade site shows “unable to upgrade” for this bid, even though the charge went through. Is this typical? Maybe the system hasn’t updated?

They didnt charge you just for the helluva it.

Call them on Monday if you're worried.

The app and website are notoriously wonky.
