Amber Cove Waterfalls

We're cruising with Carnival and these excursions look awesome, but we're brining my 6 year old and most seem to be 8+.  Is there any way around this?  Any reliable outside company?

Hello- I just wrote a review of the Damajagua waterfalls in this forum that may be helpful to you.  I don't think you will find a company that allows a 6yo to do this excursion as the 27 charcos website states that kids under 8 can only hike to the first waterfall (I'm not exactly sure what that means, but maybe a family member can wait with a younger child at the base of the last falls?).  While the falls are a fun experience, I don't think it would be safe for a 6yo due to the strong current, congestion with multiple people in the water, and the size of the helmets and life jackets offered.  Hopefully you can return in 2 years and do this as a family 🙂
