A family member and I are booked to go on a cruise this month after taking up a players club offer. Unfortunately my family member has become unwell and it looks unlikely they will be able to go. They are the primary on the booking. 
Has anyone had any luck still being able to cruise when the offer was originally in the other passengers name.
