Hi. I'm a U.S. citizen traveling on an NCL cruise and visiting Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. My question is.....are cruise passengers required to get a Visa? From what I'm seeing online if your stay is less than 30 days....its not required but I am looking to hear about recent experiences travelling there on cruise to read what others have experienced. Thanks in advance.
