Heads up when rebooking with Cunard

I booked directly with Cunard for the first time (all other bookings via a TA) for an upcoming Alaska voyage. I booked PG back in October with a very good price but the other day saw the price drop and OBC increase. The window to cancel is still open so I cancelled and rebooked within the PG level at this lower price and also changed suites. I mentioned to the rep that I have excursions and Frontier reservations.
So when I made the booking change everything was cancelled including my excursions and Frontier and had to scramble rebooking them, especially the sold out Mendenhall Glacier boat tour (I basically rebooked my own cancellation).
My heads-up is for all to know that you’ll have to rebook all other cruise related bookings with any re-booking changes. This issue sounds obvious in hindsight and I wished the Cunard rep gave me this heads-up.
