Is there champagne in the Concierge Lounge from Galveston on the Regal!

I understand that the state of Texas prohibits the sale of non-Texan alcohol while the ship is docked.  OK; whatever.  Politics.  I can handle it.  I've also seen the current menu for drinks offered prior to entering international waters.  Again, OK.  I can handle it - particularly if Princess gives me $25 OBC. It's certainly not bad enough to ruin a good vacation!

My question is whether the concierge lounge for suite guests abides by the same ruling.  They usually offer champagne upon boarding; I'd really hate to miss that!  And, no, I'm not a problem drinker... LOL.

Thanks in advance for your help.
