Watery NCL Excursions

Thinking about booking on these two:

 

Sea Kayaking on the Adriatic (Dubrovnik, Croatia)

White water canoeing on the Cetina River (Split, Croatia)

 

Anyone here been on these? Wondering how fit I would need to be and how long is spent Canoeing/Kayaking versus travelling to the venue?

Check your travel insurance to make sure it covers ww rafting before booking it. Also when are you looking at these excursions, white water varies based on time of year. You might want to ask on the port boards for more info/opinions.
