Shore power in NYC

To add to the recent restrictions announced by New Zealand, New York City wants all cruise ships to use shore power within the next few years. Here are two articles of interest. The first article from Red Hook with QM2 in the background. QM2 already uses shore power in Red Hook, a good thing.
