Luggage storage for after cruise in Galveston

We have a late flight out of Houston, so when we get off the Harmony and retrieve our luggage on April 14, we would like to spend some time walking around Galveston instead of sitting at the airport. We would like to store our luggage for a few hours. WHAT IS THE NEAREST place to the Royal Caribbean Pier (1402 Harborside Drive) that will accept our stored luggage? We are "walkers" and we don't have a huge amount of luggage, but we would Love to get rid of it; I'm having a difficult time finding a place that is near by.
